Usually when someone is accused of a misdemeanor, they are released with an 
appearance ticket because they're expected to show up for court. But 
why would anyone go to immigration court when it's more fun to just rape 
and murder an old couple, then take their car for a road trip to California or
New York for a full pardon for all crimes committed along the bloody trail?
