Courts/judges make rulings based on law, not something else (like politics).

There is such a thing as illegal immigrants. They are deported when found and could be jailed if convicted of crimes before being deported, just like anyone else.

I am also on the side of crime victims. Immigrants (legal or not) are not the monsters Donald Trump makes them out to be.
