It's easy to tell others how to do their job, but Derek Chauvin has a 
lieutenant to answer to.

Cops give appearance tickets to people who were caught speeding, or running a 
red light. But certain offenses require the suspect to be detained & 
processed.

Counterfeiting is not like a speeding ticket. It's like stealing someone's 
credit card and then trying to use it. People speed by accident, but they 
don't counterfeit by accident.

I'm confident that a police sergeant isn't going to take a suspect to the 
police station for processing if he doesn't have to. You seem to be arguing 
that counterfeiting is as harmless as a traffic violation.
