This is the first I've heard of FEMA being such a hustler. What did they have 
to gain by hoarding equipment?

Is it necessary to wear a mask? Last I heard, FEMA was advising to wear a mask
to prevent the spread to others, but what if you don't have the virus? Then 
wouldn't you be just hoarding masks that others need?

If Trump wore a mask while addressing the USA, how would we know it's really 
him and not the Cobra Commander from GI Joe? If Trump didn't have the virus, 
then who was he hurting by not wearing a mask?
