The tragedy is that many governors followed his ignorance instead of paying attention to science. If Trump had issued the proper guidance from the beginning, it is likely that 100,000 deaths might have been avoided. We currently are at more than 160,000 deaths. early on, the scientists showed a chart that predicted about 60,000 deaths if the appropriate mitigation measures were taken.
