That's what Andrew Cuomo said too. He's been holding marijuana users hostage
ever since he was elected. His most recent weak excuse is the corona virus.

When he first legalized it for medical use, he said he omitted PTSD from the
qualifying conditions list because "more research is needed." He was full of
it.

He should have legalized years ago, and people could have better weed during
the quarantine, and the industry could be a boost to the state economy, but
we've got a democrat legislature, so they aren't feeling very motivated about
boosting the economy.

Me too. He did a double gaffe today. Sometimes I think he's actually on our
side :)
