I just read a recent statement of his on that....hold on.....


Yeah I was on the web a little while ago and thought I saw this;


Headline: Joe Biden: "No one should be going to jail for drug crime, period,
nobody."


He goes on to say he knows a lot of marijuana smokers....and that we should
wait till all the `studies' are done!


My experience on `studies' is that anything the government (federal OR state)
sets up a `study' on, will go on year after year, cost scads of taxpayer
money, and the only thing they end up determining is (wait for it)....we need
more `studies'! People will end up making a whole career out of `studying' the
marijuana thing!


I sincerely hope Joe Biden is the democrat nominee. He's so stupid as to make
Alfred E. Neuman appear genius level by comparison.
