It was cold blooded murder. By two white guys in a pick-up truck.
The victim? A black guy, running for his life. Where did this happen?

Friend of mine found an idiot trying to steal his boat.
A lousy shot, even with glasses, he tried his best to keep
the thief from leaving the driveway. Fired one shot. The
thief never was able to finish the job, having gotten shot
in the leg. So what did he do? In his defense, he tried to
have my friend locked up on charges of attempted murder.
The judge questioned my friend as to why he had shot the guy.
My friend told the judge he was trying to shoot the tire, but
missed. The thief was then found guilty of attempted robbery
and went off to jail to serve his sentence.
