There's nothing racist about "America First," except for it should be
rephrased as "USA First," to clearly indicate that we're prioritizing the USA
before Canada, Mexico, and all others across the Americas.

Putting America first contrasts with Bill Clinton's "Asia First" policy.

I don't have time to care about any other countries except for maybe Canada &
Mexico, but certainly those would be 2nd & 3rd.
