Yes, and that is why Schiff blocked the Republicans from outing his name

Did those minor things get into the final bill?  IIRC, they were less
than 1% of the total cost.  What I also remember is that she fought to
make certain that small business and public health people/facilities got
a decent share instead of it going to big corporations.  Unfortunately,
some millions of dollars did go to big corporations, e.g. Ruth Chris
restaurant chain.

I.e. he has a lot more experience and political wisdom than Trump who
learned from failed real estate deals and a reality show.
