I sympathize with disabled Americans, and I don't mean this disrespectfully,
but reporters who say "he floated the idea" have a form of autism where
they're unable to understand sarcasm. The president does have a sarcastic
sense of humor at times, and I feel bad for the reporters who take his silly
comments as gospel.
