Your self-declared "Wartime President" is a chickenhawk.

Bone Spur Cadet cannot stand the sight of blood.  Which is why
he got five deferments from having to serve in the US military.
Not that any branch wanted him.

In my view, what he should have done is volunteer.  He would
have flunked the psych test, and then never have had to worry
about serving.
