The realistic parts of your plan sound really good!

You should trim the unrealistic stuff out though, so that way they take the
valuable stuff seriously.

The unrealistic parts are this:

I don't know the latest in research developments - but it would be good to
find out what's lacking. I've heard that there is "research being done" but I
don't have any specific details on that. Are they spending enough on
research? If not, then that needs fixed..
