You can write that to them -but they won't listen to that. Give them
realistic goals - you kinda have to do their job for them.

There's no firing Trump - you've already elected him! Now, how to deal with
him: He's not doing stuff good in your opinion - So what should we tell him
to do different? He's a smart guy - if he's wrong about something, I bet
he'll want to hear about so he can try to fix it.
