Ya, they keep having to ignore all the good things that happen.  It must be

Now, those debates I want to see.  I figure that Biden will forget where he is
and walk off the stage at some point.

Yes, I did see that.  For a moment, I couldn't believe that Biden said that. 
But then I remembered.  It was Biden.
I feel so sorry for the guy.  Sort of like when you go visit senile Uncle Ed
and Aunt Mary is made at him and lets him wander around without help.
