It's a matter of public record and history,  who the house managers wanted to
call for witnesses within the Senate trial. These people were never called,
just as they were never called with the impeachment proceedings within the
house committee.

The President and The White House supported in every way with the Mueller
investigation and its team who they wanted to call, these witlessness were not
called then either.
