Michael Moore said it publicly.
It is possible the Senate may convict The Orange One.
And remove him from office.
Really.
He actually said this.

Whatever he was drinking, or smoking, I want some.
I'll even pass it around for whoever else wants some.
On the other hand, maybe he was sober and knew what
the heck he was talking about.  Which might explain
why he chose to air it all out during comedy hour
