We can only hope that will happen.  Anything short of that would be a
sham.

There were numerous witnesses who testified in open hearings, including
several who were there when the call was made.  They are not hear-say
witnesses.  All of the fact based witnesses were career employees and
testified to things based on their direct knowledge.
