Joe Biden did not shut down any investigation of Burisma.  The
prosecutor that he had fired had already done that.

Guilty of fighting corruption in Ukraine.  Yes.  But not of what you are
saying.  OTOH, the only corruption that Trump wanted investigated was
the Russian false story that the interference in the 2016 election came
from Ukraine and not from Russia.  Putin told Trump that and Trump
believed it.  That and trying to resurrect the dead story of the Bidens.
