If the Constitution was actually followed, and the Second amendment was viewed
for what it actually is: s citizen's right to KEEP and BEAR (as in `carry at
all times, any where in the US of A) mass shootings would probably not ever
happen.


There'd be so many people carrying weapons (openly or concealed) nobody'd have
the nerve to `go off' and start shooting people.
