FediVision 2024

       The FediVision competition is an annual event where participants 
       create a piece of music on behalf of a fictional country and the
       piece is voted on by Fedizens across the Fediverse.  In 2024, it
       is/was co-ordinated through the FediVision.party website.

       In 2024, DHeadshot collaborated with Crump representing 
       "Qaarg Taverns Incorporated" to create a piece called 
       "The Spell Song™", described as:
       "We started with a completely different idea, and ended
       up with this. We picked the theme of a wizard, purely
       because Crumpet wanted to do something about wizards
       in space originally. This track is an alien folk song about
       a mythical event regarding the power of music,
       i.e The Spell Song™.
       
       While we started in late March, most of the song was done
       in the last week."

       Lyrics:
       
       There was a distant land
       Ruled by a wizard's hand
       One day a dragon came by
       Who had an evil plan
       The serpent did demand
       Massive amounts of gold
       Or he would burn the world
       Or so it was foretold
       
       "You are mere Puny Beast”
       Cried the wizard, with his might,
       "One I can stand the least
       So you'd better take flight”
       The Wizard grabbed his staff
       He thought "This won't take long!”
       Then he began to cast
       And he prepared the Spell Song™
       
       A dusty cloud hung
       in the air over our scene
       And the Wizard and dragon
       prepared their next routine
       Bloodied and battle-scarred
       They had a moment's rest
       And said their final words
       B'fore finding out who's best
       
       "I thought you were a man"
       Laughed the firey lizard
       "Yet your magic is weak
       So much for a great wizard"
       The Wizard stood up straight
       "I think you'll find you're wrong,
       Prepare to meet your fate!"
       As he began the Spell Song™
