Cleaned up a few of my programs in the last few days. Web browser
lariza, terminal xiate, status bar bevelbar.

Also cleaned up my font setup a little bit. It now uses more upstream
default and the "new" FreeType byte code interpreter. I refused to use
it before, because it makes some fonts look more "bold", but it actually
improves other aspects, such as even spacing. Nice.

Feels good to get rid of some legacy cruft.
