Still  in  the process of migrating my server to OpenBSD. Rented a new
  VPS.

  My provider allows me to upload my own QCOW2 images. This means I  can
  prepare a basic system *on my workstation* and then have it running on
  the internet.

  This is sooooooooooooooooooooooo nice. Installing your  own  operating
  system  on  rented  servers  used to be a huge pain. Just uploading an
  image, however, is incredibly easy.
