MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Turkey Biscuit Stew Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Breads, Dairy Yield: 8 Servings 1/3 c Onion; chopped 1/4 c Butter; in cubes 1/3 c A-P flour 1/2 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 10 1/2 oz Can condensed chicken broth; - undiluted 3/4 c Milk 2 c Cooked turkey; diced 1 c Cooked peas 1 c Cooked whole baby carrots 16 1/3 oz Tube large refrigerated - buttermilk biscuits Set oven @ 375°F/190°C. In a 10" cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper until blended. Gradually add broth and milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, about 2 minutes. Add the turkey, peas, and carrots; heat through. Separate biscuits and arrange over the stew.
