      Title: Air-Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
 Categories: Potatoes, Chilies, Herbs
      Yield: 4 Servings

      2 lg Sweet potatoes; cut in thin
           -  strips
      2 tb Canola oil
      1 ts Garlic powder
      1 ts Paprika
      1 ts Kosher salt
    1/4 ts Cayenne pepper

  Heat air fryer to 400°F/205°C

  Combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Place on greased tray in
  air-fryer basket. Cook until lightly browned, 10 to 12 minutes,
  stirring once. Serve immediately.
