      Title: Air-Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies
 Categories: Five, Cookies, Snacks, Nuts
      Yield: 36 Servings

      1 lg Egg; room temperature,
           - beaten
      1 c  Sugar
      1 c  Creamy peanut butter

  In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Roll level tablespoons of
  dough into balls. Flatten with a fork.

  Heat air fryer to 400°F/205°C.

  In batches, place 1" apart in greased air fryer. Cook until lightly
  browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Allow to cool slightly on the pan and
  remove to wire racks to cool.
