MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Air-Fryer Cinnamon Breakfast Bites Categories: Grains, Snacks, Dairy Yield: 18 Servings 1 1/3 c A-P flour 1 c Rice Krispies; - coarsely crushed 1/2 c Sugar; +2 tb, divided 1 tb Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 c Butter-flavored shortening 1/2 c Milk 1 ts Ground cinnamon 1/4 c Butter; melted In a large bowl, combine flour, cereal, 2 tb sugar, baking powder, and salt; cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk just until moistened. Shape into 1" balls. Heat air fryer to 400°F/205°C. In a shallow bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Dip balls in butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar. In batches, arrange in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until browned and a toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean, 8 to 12 minutes.
