MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Air-Fryer Chicken Legs Categories: Poultry, Sauces, Vegetables Yield: 8 Servings 2 c Ketchup 2/3 c Honey 1/3 c Brown sugar; packed 2 tb Sweet onion; fine chopped 2 tb Spicy brown mustard 4 cl Garlic; minced 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 tb Cider vinegar 16 Chicken drumsticks In a large saucepan, mix the first 8 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend, stirring occasionally. Reserve 2 cups sauce for serving. Heat air fryer to 375°F/190°C. In batches, place chicken in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 170 to 175°F, turning once and brushing generously with remaining sauce during the last 5 minutes. Serve with reserved sauce.
