                           Pizza Uno (12" Pan)

                        Crust:
   2      c             Flour
   1      c             Water -- warm
     1/2  oz            Yeast
                        Filling:
   6      sl            Mozzarella cheese
   1 1/2  c             Italian sausage
     1/4  c             Oil
   8      oz            Can tomatoes -- with juice
                        Oregano
                        Parmesan cheese -- grated

Crust:

Mix as in bread dough and let rise, preferably overnight.

12" Pan (Deep Dish):

Add 2 to 3 tb oil in pan. Spread dough around pan, build up the side
of pan.

Filling:

Lay the slices of cheese, add sausage, then the can of tomatoes, and
then sprinkle the top with oregano and grated parmesan cheese.

Bake in 500°F oven until brown.
