* Exported from MasterCook * Spiced Turkey Loaf Recipe By : Rival's Crock-Pot Slow Cooker Cuisine; 1995 Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Poultry Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 lb Ground turkey -- up to 2-1/2 lb 1 md Onion -- chopped 2 Eggs 1/3 c Milk 2 tb Prepared horseradish 1/4 c Bottled chili sauce 1 c Bread crumbs 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Garlic powder -OR- 2 cl Garlic -- minced 1/4 c Parsley -- chopped Sour cream -- garnish Mix all ingredients except garnish together. Form into loaf and lay atop meat rack or use foil handles. Cook turkey loaf for 8 to 10 hours on Low or 5 to 6 hours on High. To ensure doneness insert meat thermometer in loaf. Thermometer should read 180°F to indicate doneness. Serve with sour cream if desired. Yield: 8 Servings - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
