                        Peppery Breaded Pork Chops

     1/3  c             Butter -- melted
  1       ts            Fresh garlic -- minced
  1       c             Bread crumbs
  1       ts            Salt
     1/2  ts            Ground red pepper
     1/4  ts            Ground pepper
     1/4  ts            Onion powder
  4       lg            Pork chops

Melt butter with garlic. Mix other ingredients together in shallow
dish. Dip chops in the butter-garlic mix and coat with bread crumb
mixture.

If freezing:

Flash freeze until hard then store in air tight container/zip lock
bag. Thaw before cooking.

Preparation:

Bake in 375°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes until done.
