MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Poor Man's Dinner

      Yield: 6 Servings

      1 lb Ground beef
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
      5 lg Potatoes; peeled and sliced
      1 lg Onion; sliced
 21 1/2 oz Cream of mushroom soup
           - (2 cans); undiluted
    1/2 c  Milk
           Fresh parsley; minced

  In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer
  pink; drain. Season with pepper and garlic powder. Layer the beef,
  potatoes, and onion slices in a shallow 2 qt baking dish. Combine
  soup and milk; pour over all.

  Cover and bake @ 350°F/175°C for 1-1/4 hours or until potatoes are
  tender. Garnish with parsley.
