                             Hamburger Quiche

   1                    Unbaked pie shell (9")
     1/2  lb            Ground beef
     1/2  c             Mayonnaise
     1/2  c             Milk
   2                    Eggs
   1      tb            Corn starch
   1 1/2  c             Cheddar or Swiss cheese --
                        - chopped
     1/3  c             Green onion -- sliced
   1      ds            Pepper

Brown meat in skillet, drain fat, and set aside. Blend next
4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion, and pepper.
Turn into pie shell. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
