                          Easy Hamburger Quiche

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

     1/2  Lb            Ground Beef
     1/2  C             Mayonnaise
     1/2  C             Milk
   2                    Eggs
   1      Tbsp          Cornstarch
   1 1/2  C             Cheddar Or Swiss Cheese -- chopped
     1/3  C             Green Onions -- sliced
                        Dash Of Pepper
   1                    9 Inch Pie Crust -- unbaked

Brown meat in skillet over medium heat.  Drain fat and set meat aside.
Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth.  Stir in meat, cheese, onion and
pepper.  Turn into pastry shell.  Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes
until brown on top.

Serves 6 to 8

Can be frozen.
