* Exported from MasterCook * Quiche Poland Recipe By : One Million Recipes CD Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Dinner Pies Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 c Yellow onion -- chopped 1 tb Parsley -- chopped 1/2 c Green onion -- chopped 1/2 lb Mushrooms -- sliced 1 Polish sausage -- ground up 4 Eggs 1 c Whipping cream 1 ts Lawry seasoned salt 1 c Swiss cheese -- grated Preheat oven to 375°F. Saute first 4 ingredients lightly (add mushrooms to pan last) in 2 tb of butter. Turn off heat and mix in sausage, then set aside. Beat eggs, cream and seasonings together. Mix all ingredients together, stirring in cheese. Pour into a 9" pie shell and brush shell edges with beaten egg white. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
