                      Devonshire Potato Mushroom Pie

   3      c             Seasoned mashed potatoes
   1 1/2  c             Fresh mushrooms -- sliced
     1/4  c             Onions -- chopped
   2      tb            Butter
   1      ts            Lemon juice
     1/4  ts            Salt
   1      ds            Ground white pepper
     1/2  c             Sour cream

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place half of the mashed potatoes in a buttered 9" pie plate.

Saute the mushrooms and onion in the butter. Add the lemon juice,
salt, and pepper, and spoon over the potato layer. Spread with sour
cream. Top with remaining potatoes.

Bake for 45 minutes, until brown. To serve, cut into wedges.
