* Exported from MasterCook * Impossible Tuna Melt Pie Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Impossibles Seafood Cheese Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups Onions -- chopped 1/4 cup Margarine or butter 2 cans Tuna; drain, flake 1-3/4 cups Process cheese spread cubed 3 Eggs 1-1/4 cups Milk 1 cup Bisquick 1/4 teaspoon Salt -- Pepper Grease pie plate, 10 x 1-1/2". Heat oven to 400°. Cook and stir onions and margarine in 10" skillet over low heat until onions are light brown. Sprinkle tuna, 1 c of the cheese and the onions in plate. Beat eggs, milk, baking mix, salt and peppeer 15 in blender on high or 1 minute with hand blender. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese to within 1" from edge.
