---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01 Title: Impossible Crustless Spinach Quiche Categories: Vegetables, Pies Yield: 1 Pie 1 lg Onion; chopped 1 tb Vegetable oil 10 oz Frozen chopped spinach; - thawed, pressed dry 5 Eggs; beaten 3 c Muenster cheese (12 oz); - shredded 1/4 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper Sauté onion in oil in a large skillet until tender. Add spinach, and cook until excess moisture evaporates; cool. Combine eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper; stir into spinach mixture. Pour into a greased 9" pie plate.
