---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01 Title: Rice And Broccoli Casserole Categories: Vegetables, Casseroles, Rice/grains Yield: 6 Servings 1/2 c Onion; chopped 1/2 c Celery; chopped 2 tb Margarine 1 c Rice 1 Pkg frozen broccoli 1 Can cream of mushroom soup 1 Can cream of chicken soup 1/2 lb Pasteurized process cheese Saute onion and celery in margarine until soft. Cook rice and broccoli separately according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together in a 2 qt baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
