I grabbed the wrong box from the shelf at the store--and just went with it. In medium saucepan cook onion in hot oil over medium heaat until tender. Stir in mix including seasoning packet, cook, and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in broth and water. Bring up to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Liquid will not be fully absorbed. Pour mixture into a large bowl. Stir in chicken, tomatoes, chili peppers, basil, chili powder, cumin, and black pepper. Stir well. Place in a 2 qt casserole dish. Bake covered in a 425°F oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese--place back in oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Variation of recipe from BHG.com recipes. Tested 11/22/10. Something different to do with left over chicken or turkey. Microwaves okay for leftovers. Would do again. MMMMM
