* Exported from MasterCook * Crowd Chicken Casserole Recipe By : Marna Dunn Serving Size : 24 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Chicken Casseroles Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 c Chicken -- cooked, diced 10 c Celery -- chopped 2 bn Green onions with tops -- sliced 8 oz Chopped green chilies (2 cans) 5 3/4 oz Can pitted ripe olives -- - drained, sliced 2 c Slivered almonds 5 c Cheddar cheese (20 oz) -- - shredded, divided 2 c Mayonnaise 2 c Sour cream 5 c Potato chips -- crushed Combine the first 6 ingredients. Add 2 cups cheese. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss. Spoon into two greased 13x9x1" baking dishes. Sprinkle with chips. Top with remaining cheese.
