MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Sweet Potatoes With Marshmallows
 Categories: Potatoes, Citrus, Candy
      Yield: 12 servings

      5 lb Sweet potatoes; peeled,
           - cooked
      4 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
    1/2 c  Orange juice
    1/2 c  Butter; softened
    1/2 c  Sugar
      1 ts Vanilla extract
    1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
      1 ds Salt
      1 c  Miniature marshmallows

  In a large bowl, mash sweet potatoes. Add eggs, orange juice,
  butter, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt; mix well. Transfer to a
  greased 3 qt baking dish.

  Bake @ 350°F/175°C until set, 35 to 40 minutes. Top with
  marshmallows; return to oven until they just begin to puff and
  melt, 5 to 10 minutes.
