      Title: Roasted Honey Sweet Potatoes
 Categories: Potatoes, Sauces
      Yield: 12 Servings

      6 md Sweet potatoes; peeled, cut
           - in 1" dice
    1/3 c  Honey
    1/4 c  Olive oil
  1 1/2 ts Salt
  1 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/2 ts Pepper

  Set oven @ 375°F/190°C.

  Place potatoes in a large bowl. Whisk together honey, oil, salt,
  cinnamon, and pepper; add to potatoes and toss to coat. Transfer to
  a greased 15x10x1" baking pan. Roast until tender, 45 to 50
  minutes, stirring once.
