* Exported from MasterCook * Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges Recipe By : Taste of Home - August/September '97 Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Not Sent Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 unpeeled baking potatoes 2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil 1 med onion -- chopped 2 cloves garlic -- minced 1 tb fresh rosemary -- minced -OR- 1 tsp dried rosemary -- crushed 1/2 tsp salt -- (optional) 1/4 tsp pepper Cut potatoes lengthwise into sedges; place in a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with onion, garlic, rosemary, salt if desired and pepper; stir to coat.
