Widauer Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Moroccan Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 Baking potatoes -- peeled 2 tb Oil 1 tb Tomato paste 1 tb Cumion seeds 2 ts Paprika 1 pn Cayenne 1/2 ts Black pepper 1 ts Garlic salt Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges about 1.5 cm thick. Place in a baking dish and mix through oil and tomato paste. Toast cumin seeds in a dry pan until they pop. Tip on to a board and grind with a rolling pin. Mix with other spices.
