* Exported from MasterCook * Green Bean Caesar Recipe By : Key Gourmet CD Rom Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 lb Fresh green beans -OR- 18 oz Frozen green beans (2 pkg) -- - thawed 2 tb Vegetable oil 1 tb Wine vinegar 1 tb Onion -- minced 1/4 ts Salt 1 cl Garlic -- crushed 1/8 ts Pepper 2 tb Bread crumbs 2 tb Parmesan cheese -- grated 1 tb Butter -- melted Paprika Cut green beans into 1" pieces. Cook 5 minutes uncovered 10 to 15 minutes covered. Drain. Toss green beans, oil, vinegar, onion, salt, garlic, and pepper together. Pour into ungreased 1 qt casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs, grated cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle over beans. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered in 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
