---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02 Title: Zesty Carrot Bake Categories: Vegetables Yield: 6 Servings 1 lb Carrots; sliced 1/2" 2 tb Onion; minced 3/4 c Mayonnaise 1/3 c Water 1 tb Prepared horseradish 1/4 ts Pepper 1/2 c Dry bread crumbs 2 tb Butter; melted 1/2 c Sharp cheddar; shredded On stovetop or in a microwave oven, cook carrots until tender. Place in a 1 qt baking dish; set aside. In a small bowl combine the next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Pour over carrots. Combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese melts. -----
