      Title: Cabbage & Apple Salad
 Categories: Greens, Fruits, Citrus
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
    1/2 ts Caraway seeds
    1/2 sm Green cabbage;
           - cored, thin sliced
      1    Green apple; in matchsticks
      1 c  Kale leaves; torn
      2 tb Fresh lemon juice
      2 tb Olive oil
           Salt & fresh ground pepper
 
  Toast caraway seeds in a dry small skillet over medium heat,
  tossing constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Let cool.
  
  Toss cabbage, apple, kale, and caraway seeds with lemon juice and
  oil in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper.
