* Exported from MasterCook * Raspberry Glacé (dinner salad) Recipe By : Tri-County Electric Red Cookbook, pg. 186 Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads And Dressings Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups hot water 2 small pkgs raspberry Jello 2 cups cold water 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese -- rolled into balls 1/2 cup nuts -- chopped 1 10oz. pkg frozen raspberries -- thawed lettuce mayonnaise whipped cream Pour hot water over Jello and stir until dissolved. Add cold water. Form small balls of the cream cheese, roll balls in chopped nuts. Place in a 9-inch ring mold. Pour cooled raspberry Jello in mold; add raspberries to the mixture. Chill until the Jello is set. Unmold on serving plates. Garnish with lettuce and large perfect raspberries. Top with mayonnaise with whipped cream added.
