* Exported from MasterCook * Pretzel Salad Recipe By : Fiesta Under The Sun Cookbook, pg. 94 Serving Size : 14 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads And Dressings Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 2/3 cups pretzels -- coarsely chopped 1 1/2 cubes butter -- melted 12 ounces cream cheese 1 1/4 cups sugar 1 package frozen strawberries (16oz.) 3/4 12oz. carton Cool Whip® 1 6oz. pkg strawberry jello 2 cups pineapple juice Cream cheese and sugar. Set aside. Mix pretzels and butter. Press into 9X13 dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Spread cheese mixture over pretzels. Spread Cool Whip over cheese mixture. Chill.
